השירות

FERROX היא תוכנית אימון אישית. היא לא ייעוץ רפואי. לפני שינוי גדול באימונים, ובמיוחד אחרי פציעה, ניתוח או בעיה רפואית, יש להתייעץ עם רופא או פיזיותרפיסט. כאב חד או כאב שלא עובר הוא סיבה לעצור ולהיבדק.

האחריות שלך באימון

שבוע שהבינה כתבה ומשקל שהאפליקציה הציעה הם הצעות. את האימון בפועל, הטכניקה ובחירת המשקל עושים באחריותך, לפי מה שהגוף שלך מאפשר.

גיל

FERROX מיועדת לבני 16 ומעלה.

הרישיון שלך

מקבלים רישיון אישי, שאינו ניתן להעברה, להשתמש באפליקציה. התוכן, הקוד והדמויות שייכים ל-FERROX. השימוש כפוף גם להסכם רישיון משתמש הקצה הסטנדרטי של Apple.

מנוי

האימונים הראשונים שהאפליקציה מציעה חינם ובלי כרטיס. אחריהם, FERROX Pro הוא מנוי חודשי או שנתי שמתחדש אוטומטית ומחויב דרך Apple, במחיר שמוצג לפני כל חיוב. כש-Apple מציעה ניסיון חינם, הוא בא לפני החיוב הראשון — וכשלאפליקציה מותר לשלוח התראות, גם תזכורת יומיים לפני שהוא נגמר. המנוי מתחדש אלא אם בוטל לפחות 24 שעות לפני סוף התקופה, ומנהלים אותו בהגדרות ה-Apple ID.

התנהגות

שימוש שמפר את החוק או פוגע בשירות יכול להביא לסגירת החשבון.

אחריות

ככל שהדין מתיר, FERROX אינה אחראית לפציעה, לנזק או להפסד שנובעים מאימון, מטכניקה או ממשקל שבחרת, ולא מהצעה של האפליקציה או של הבינה שלא הותאמה למצבך. שום דבר בתנאים האלה לא גורע מזכות שהדין מקנה לך כצרכן.

הדין ויישוב מחלוקות

על התנאים האלה חלים דיני מדינת ישראל, וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בתל אביב-יפו.

שינויים

כשהתנאים או המדיניות משתנים, התאריך למעלה מתעדכן.

The service

FERROX is a personal training programme. It is not medical advice. Before a major change in your training, and especially after an injury, surgery or a medical condition, consult a doctor or physiotherapist. Sharp pain, or pain that stays, is a reason to stop and get checked.

Your part in training

A week the AI wrote and a load the app suggests are suggestions. The training itself, your technique and the weight you choose are yours, within what your body allows.

Age

FERROX is for people aged 16 and over.

Your licence

You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. Its content, code and figures are FERROX's property. Use is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Membership

The first workouts the app offers are free and take no card. After that, FERROX Pro is a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple, at the price shown before any charge. Where Apple offers a free trial, it comes before the first charge — and, when the app may send notifications, a reminder two days before it ends. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and you manage it in your Apple ID settings.

Conduct

Use that breaks the law or harms the service can close the account.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, FERROX is not liable for injury, damage or loss arising from training, technique or a weight you chose, or from a suggestion of the app or its AI that did not suit your situation. Nothing in these terms limits a right the law gives you as a consumer.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

When these terms or the policy change, the date above changes.
