מה נשאר בטלפון

האימונים, המשקלים, דיווחי הכאב והיסטוריית האימונים נשמרים בטלפון שלך. גיבוי נשמר ב-iCloud תחת ה-Apple ID שלך, בלי נתונים מ-Apple Health, בלי דיווחי כאב ובלי הפציעות שתיארת, ואין לנו גישה אליו.

הבינה שכותבת את השבוע

רק אחרי שהסכמת לכך באפליקציה: כשמבקשים לבנות שבוע, לבדוק שבוע או לקרוא תוכנית מתמונה, המידע שנדרש לכך (מין, משקל גוף, ניסיון, כמה ימים בשבוע מתאמנים, ההרמות שציינת ומה שכתבת; לשבוע שנבנה מחדש גם הסט הטוב ביותר שנרשם בכל תרגיל מ-8 השבועות האחרונים, והציוד אם ציינת אותו; ולבדיקת שבוע גם הסטים שנרשמו ואזור שנמצא במנוחה) עובר דרך השרת שלנו ל-OpenAI, שמעבדת אותו עבורנו. השם והחשבון שלך לא נשלחים ל-OpenAI לעולם. OpenAI לא מאמנת על זה מודלים, ועשויה לשמור את הבקשה עד 30 יום לצורך בדיקת שימוש לרעה. את המשפטים שהמאמן בקול אומר מפיקה OpenAI מהטקסט שלהם בלבד; האפליקציה לא מקליטה אותך.

המאמן שלך

אם הצטרפת למאמן עם קוד, הוא רואה את שמך, המין וימי האימון, את האימונים שרשמת (סטים, משקלים וחזרות) ואת דיווחי הכאב. משקל גוף וריצות הוא רואה רק אם הסכמת, וביטול ההסכמה מוחק אותם אצלו. המאמן יכול לתת לבינה לכתוב לך שבוע: אז המין שלך, ומשקל הגוף רק אם שיתפת אותו, עוברים ל-OpenAI כמתואר למעלה, והאפליקציה לא שולחת איתם את השם שלך. כשהקשר מסתיים, השיתוף נפסק, ומה שנשאר נמחק מהשרתים תוך 30 יום.

מדידות שימוש

השימוש באפליקציה נמדד ב-PostHog (באירופה) תחת מזהה התקנה אקראי, אף פעם לא השם, המייל או ה-Apple ID. כשנכנסים לחשבון, המזהה הזה מקושר למזהה בדוי של החשבון, וכשנרשמים למנוי — למספר העסקה של המנוי, כדי שאדם אחד ייספר פעם אחת. לא נשלחים משקל גוף, גיל, כאב או המשקלים שהרמת. אפשר לכבות את זה במסך 'אני'. כשמוחקים את החשבון, רשומות השימוש ש-PostHog מחזיקה עבורו נמחקות תוך 30 יום, והודעות מאוחרות של Apple על תוכנית מאמן שנקנתה בו לא נספרות. רשומות שמעולם לא קושרו לחשבון עשויות להישאר תחת מזהה ההתקנה האקראי בלבד. דוחות קריסה מגיעים ל-Sentry (באירופה) בלי פרטים אישיים. שום דבר לא נמכר ולא משמש לפרסום.

המעגל

אם הצטרפת למעגל, השם הפרטי שלך, כמה אימונים עשית ותכננת בכל שבוע ושעת האימון האחרון נשמרים בשרתים של Cloudflare כדי שחברי המעגל יראו אותם, ולרצף של המעגל גם עד 60 שבועות של הספירות האלה, עד 180 יום אחרי הפעם האחרונה שהאפליקציה שלחה אותן. הם נמחקים כשעוזבים או מוחקים את החשבון; עידוד ששלחת נשאר אצל מי שקיבל אותו עד 3 ימים. מצטרפים רק עם קוד הזמנה, והאפליקציה שואלת קודם ואומרת מה המעגל יראה. הסרת חבר מהמעגל אפשרית לוותיק שבחבריו.

כניסה לחשבון

Sign in with Apple ו-Google נותנים לנו מזהה בדוי, ואת השם אם בחרת לשתף. איננו משתמשים בכתובת המייל, ולעולם איננו מקבלים סיסמה.

Apple Health

רק באישור שלך: האפליקציה כותבת ל-Health כל אימון שהסתיים, כדי שהטבעות ייסגרו. בטלפון, דופק, קלוריות ומרחק נקראים רק כשמתעדים ריצה או הליכה. ב-Apple Watch, דופק, קלוריות פעילות ומרחק נקראים במהלך אימון שהשעון מתעד, כדי להציג אותם בשעון ולשמור את האימון. מידע מ-Health לא משמש לפרסום, לא נמכר ולא נשמר ב-iCloud.

מחיקה

'מחיקת חשבון' במסך 'אני' מוחקת את מה שהשרתים שלנו מחזיקים (החשבון, המעגל, הקשר למאמן ומה שהועלה אליו), את הגיבוי ב-iCloud ואת מה שבטלפון, ומנתקת את FERROX מ-Sign in with Apple. בלי חיבור לאינטרנט, החלק שבשרת יושלם בפעם הבאה שהאפליקציה תיפתח עם חיבור. גיבויים של השרתים עשויים להחזיק רשומה שנמחקה עד 30 יום. מספר אחד נשאר אחרי מחיקה: כמה מהאימונים החינמיים כבר נוצלו, שנשמר ב-Keychain של הטלפון וב-iCloud שלך (תחת ה-Apple ID) כדי שמחיקה והתקנה מחדש של האפליקציה לא יתחילו את תקופת הניסיון מחדש; אין בו שם ולא שום פרט אחר. Apple Watch שומר את התוכנית האחרונה שהטלפון שלח לו עד שתוכנית חדשה מחליפה אותה. לכל בקשת עיון, תיקון או מחיקה אפשר גם לכתוב לנו.

איפה ועל איזה בסיס

המידע מעובד על ידי Cloudflare (שרתים), OpenAI (הבינה), PostHog ו-Sentry (באירופה), ו-Expo (עדכוני האפליקציה), לפי הוראותינו בלבד, בישראל, באירופה ובארצות הברית. הבסיס לעיבוד: ההסכמה שלך לבינה ולמידע שנוגע לבריאות, וביצוע השירות שביקשת לכל השאר. החשבון והמעגל נשמרים כל עוד החשבון קיים; התחברויות פגות תוך 90 יום מהשימוש האחרון בהן. כשהאפליקציה נפתחת היא שואלת את Expo אם מחכה לה תיקון; הבקשה כוללת את גרסת האפליקציה ומזהה התקנה אקראי ש-Expo נותנת, ושום דבר עליך או על האימונים שלך.

What stays on your phone

Your workouts, loads, pain reports and training history are stored on your phone. A backup is kept in iCloud under your own Apple ID, without Apple Health readings, pain reports or the injuries you described, and we cannot read it.

The AI that writes your week

Only after you agree in the app: when you ask for a week to be built or reviewed, or for a programme to be read from a photo, the information it needs (sex, body weight, experience, the days a week you train, the lifts you named and what you wrote; for a rebuilt week also your best logged set of each lift from the last eight weeks, and your equipment when you named it; and for a review also the sets you logged and any area that is resting) goes through our server to OpenAI, which processes it for us. Your name and your account are never sent to OpenAI. OpenAI does not train its models on it and may keep a request for up to 30 days to check for abuse. The lines the voice coach says are produced by OpenAI from their text alone; the app does not record you.

Your coach

If you join a coach with a code, they see your name, sex and training days, the workouts you log (sets, loads and reps) and your pain reports. They see your body weight and runs only if you allow it, and withdrawing that permission erases them on their side. Your coach can have the AI write your week: then your sex, and your body weight only if you share it, go to OpenAI as described above, and the app sends no name with them. When the link ends, sharing stops, and what remains is erased from our servers within 30 days.

Measurement

App usage is measured with PostHog (in the EU) under a random install identifier, never your name, email or Apple ID. When you sign in, that identifier is linked to a pseudonym of your account, and when you subscribe, to your subscription's transaction number, so that one person is counted once. Body weight, age, pain and the loads you lift are not sent. You can turn it off in You. When you delete the account, the usage records PostHog holds for it are deleted within 30 days, and Apple's later notices about a coach plan bought with it are not counted. Records never linked to the account may stay under the random install identifier alone. Crash reports reach Sentry (in the EU) without personal details. Nothing is sold or used for advertising.

The circle

If you join a circle, your first name, how many workouts you did and planned each week, and the hour of your last workout are held on Cloudflare servers so its members can see them, and, for the circle's streak, up to 60 weeks of those counts, kept until 180 days after the app last sent them. They are deleted when you leave or delete the account; a cheer you sent stays with the member it went to for up to 3 days. You join only with an invite code, and the app asks you first, saying what the circle will see. Its longest-standing member can remove a member.

Sign in

Sign in with Apple and Google give us a pseudonymous identifier and, if you share it, your name. We do not use your email address, and we never receive a password.

Apple Health

Only with your permission: the app writes each finished workout to Health so your rings close. On the iPhone, heart rate, calories and distance are read only while you record a run or walk. On the Apple Watch, heart rate, active calories and distance are read during a workout the watch records, to show them on the watch and to save the workout. Health data is never used for advertising, never sold and never stored in iCloud.

Deletion

Delete Account, in You, erases what our servers hold (your account, your circle, your coach link and what was uploaded to it), the iCloud backup and what is on the phone, and ends Sign in with Apple for FERROX. Without a connection, the server part finishes the next time the app opens online. Server backups may hold a deleted record for up to 30 days. One number outlives a deletion: how many of the free workouts have been used, kept in the phone's Keychain and in your iCloud (under your Apple ID) so that deleting and reinstalling the app does not start the free trial again; it holds no name and no other detail. An Apple Watch keeps the last plan the phone sent it until a new one replaces it. You can also write to us for any access, correction or deletion request.

Where and on what basis

Data is processed by Cloudflare (servers), OpenAI (the AI), PostHog and Sentry (in the EU), and Expo (app updates), on our instructions only, in Israel, the EU and the US. The basis: your consent for the AI and for information about your health, and performing the service you asked for for the rest. Your account and circle are kept as long as the account exists; sessions expire within 90 days of their last use. When the app opens, it asks Expo whether a fix is waiting; the request carries the app's version and a random install identifier Expo assigns, and nothing about you or your workouts.

Your rights

You can see, correct and delete your information, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to Israel's Privacy Protection Authority, or to the regulator where you live.
