האימונים, המשקלים, מפת הגוף, דיווחי הכאב והיסטוריית האימונים נשמרים בטלפון שלך. גיבוי מוצפן נשמר ב-iCloud תחת ה-Apple ID שלך, ואין לנו גישה אליו.
כשמבקשים מהמאמן לבנות או לסקור שבוע, נתוני האימון הנחוצים לבקשה מעובדים עבורנו על ידי Google (Gemini) דרך שרת ביניים שלנו. הם אינם משמשים לאימון המודלים של Google, ואנחנו לא שומרים את הבקשה.
השימוש במוצר נמדד באמצעות PostHog תחת מזהה התקנה אקראי, לעולם לא תחת השם, האימייל או ה-Apple ID שלך. דוחות קריסה מגיעים ל-Sentry כשהנתונים האישיים מנוטרלים. שום דבר מאלה לא נמכר ולא משמש לפרסום.

הנתונים מעובדים באיחוד האירופי ובארה"ב על ידי הספקים שצוינו למעלה, לפי ההוראות שלנו, לצורך מתן השירות שביקשת. רשומות בשרת נשמרות רק כל עוד החשבון קיים, והתחברויות פגות בתוך 90 יום.

Your workouts, loads, body map, pain reports and training history are stored on your phone. An encrypted backup lives in iCloud under your own Apple ID; we cannot read it.
When you ask the coach to build or review a week, the training data needed for that request is processed on our behalf by Google (Gemini) over our own relay. It is not used to train Google’s models, and we never store the request.
Product usage is measured with PostHog under a random install identifier — never your name, email or Apple ID. Crash reports reach Sentry with personal data disabled. Neither is sold or used for advertising, ever.
If you join a circle or a shared workout, your first name and weekly workout counts are held on Cloudflare servers so your partners can see them, until you leave or delete the account.
Sign in with Apple and Google give us a pseudonymous identifier and, if you share it, your name. We never receive your password.
Apple Health is connected only with your permission. Heart rate, calories and distance are read to show them beside your workout, and a finished workout is written back to Health. Health data is never used for advertising or sold.
Delete Account, in the You tab, erases what our servers hold and what the device holds, immediately. The iCloud backup is under your Apple ID and yours to remove. You can also write to us for any access, correction or deletion request.
Data is processed in the EU and the US by the processors named above, under our instructions, on the basis of performing the service you asked for. Server records live only as long as the account does; sessions expire within 90 days.
